Graphic-wise I think all it needs are some shadows. But regarding the composition itself, WAY too many transition effects! I felt like you were trying to give me a sezier or something! The music was far too slow for that many rapidly flashing effects like that. I wouldn't suggest changing the music though because it works well with the climatic development.

Would have been easier to just shoot a movie with real motion picture video than create this flash... but then ofcorse it wouldn't be Keegan's Truck. Awsome.. just... awsome job. Over 20 minutes... I hadn't even noticed the time was going by. Your story is pretty original, and you made great use of music(note the 10 rating on sound). Again, awsome job.
